Glass beading facility

TSEPL offers glass bidding facilities with chamber Size 4.5 x 4.5 MTR. TSEPL Developed in house glass bidding facility. Glass bead blasting produces a clean, bright, satin finish, without dimensional change of the parts.

Available in a wide range of sizes, glass beads are primarily used in blasting cabinets for honing, polishing, preening, blending, finishing, removing light burrs and cleaning most light foreign matter. For delicate thin-walled parts and thin welds, preening with glass bead abrasive material provides the right balance of stress relief without overstressing and causing damage.

Consider the size of perforations or holes through which the glass beads must pass when screen separating parts from media after use.

Ingress Protection Testing Facility.

TSEPL offers fully equipped complete setup for Ingress Protection up to IP 65.

Dust Chamber for IP Testing

We provide in-house service for dust test for enclosure from Size 100 x 100 x 61 to large panel.

This service make enclosure more perfect to withstand in harsh environments and all outdoor applications.

Water Chamber for IP Testing

We provide in-house service for water test for enclosure from Size 100 x 100 x 61 to large panel.
These enclosure ratings provided for all hygienic Areas, ie. Food industries, Chemical Industries, Packaging Industries etc.
